Retirement DreamBuilder - The Holland Financial Standard for Retirement Planning
Retirement DreamBuilder Plan
Through education and experience we have determined key elements that are necessary for a plan to be effective. Most plans we design include income strategies, principal protection, and in some cases, estate planning. We construct plans which are balanced, allowing for both growth and income while keeping a portion safe in the event of market shifts. If something is working for you, we will say so. A change is only recommended if it will benefit you. The retirement plans we create are well-organized, comprehensive, and easy to understand.
Every Retirement DreamBuilder Plan contains the following:
Financial Analysis
In order to make sound recommendations, we must start at the beginning. The Financial Analysis is the snapshot of where you are today. We look at the Morningstar ratings of your investment holdings, how your assets are allocated, your level of risk, and if you are paying too much in fees. Other important information, such as diversification and bond performance, will also be reviewed.
Investment Recommendations
Our Investment Recommendations are based on your comfort level, whether you prefer a conservative strategy, an aggressive one, or something in between. We will discuss the strategy selected for you, how it should perform in various economic cycles, and the potential risk exposure.
Annuity and Insurance Product Recommendations
Annuity and insurance products allow for principal protection and a fixed income stream. There are many types of products to choose from, and we are committed to offering the ones that make the most sense for you. You will be given written materials on the product carrier and rating; and a full brochure detailing product information.
Income Projections
A major concern you may have when thinking about retirement planning is, "how will I generate income?" A steady income stream is what allows you to retire comfortably. The Income Projection portion of your plan demonstrates how much income you can expect to have – starting today and continuing through age 100. We also show you different scenarios to account for varying market conditions and life changes you may experience (such as the unexpected loss of a spouse).
